Robux transfers are a separate system. A Roblox Plus subscriber sends Robux to another player inside a game that supports transfers. The recipient receives 90%, the game receives 10% and Roblox takes no fee, so 100 Robux sent pays 90.
If a donation game sells game passes instead, the normal 70% rule applies, so a 100 Robux pass donation pays 70. Roblox does not document rounding for odd transfer amounts, so the table rounds the recipient’s share down.
